Tracy Sadowski

Tracy is a proven leader in industry with demonstrated results across multiple divisions, including economics and planning, finance and accounting, strategic planning, and capital projects. Tracy repeatedly succeeded in leading cross-functional initiatives that increase organization’s ability to deliver superior results, utilizing data integrity processes, performance analysis, and integrated planning.

Tracy previously held multiple leadership positions at Monroe Energy (Delta Air Lines wholly owned refining subsidiary), where she developed an energy transition strategy, including adding renewable fuel production capacity. She started her career at Sunoco in engineering and optimization, and then managed working capital for the private equity backed spin-off Philadelphia Energy Solutions.

Tracy founded and sponsored Monroe Energy's first ever women's employee resource group.  Tracy is driven by a deep belief in the power of diversity and the value of different perspectives. She is dedicated to creating an environment where every woman feels heard, valued, and empowered to reach her full potential.

Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MBA in Finance from Drexel University.

Tracy is active in the Philadelphia area soccer community.  She coached multiple teams for the Rose Tree Soccer Club.  She currently plays for the Gaels in the Tri-County Women's Soccer League (TCWSL), and also serves on TCWSL's Board as Registrar.

Tracy contributes back to her alma mater, MIT.  She is the long-standing Treasurer and Board Member for the MIT Alumni Club of the Delaware Valley.  She also enjoys volunteering as an MIT Educational Counselor.
